The International Polar Foundation supports polar scientific research, in order to advance knowledge, promote informed action on climate change, and develop a sustainable society.
WHAT WE STAND FOR & WHAT WE DO
The International Polar Foundation (IPF) is on a mission to bridge the gap between science and society. We do this through support for polar science & policy making, demonstration projects for sustainable innovation, and educational & outreach activities.

The IPF is managing the logistics and scientific support at the Belgian Princess Elisabeth Antarctica (PEA) research station. Download the PEA-brochure to learn about the Station and about our support facilities and activities.
